Christmas and Easter homework must be given. All the homework must be 50% - 50%. Homework is given every Friday in the Nursery and signed by the head teacher. Article 10 There is an end - of- weck evaluation (partial integration) in the primary. This evaluation is prepared in the sson notes book and dropped on Thursday in the head teacher's office. NB: during the 4 weck of every month, on Monday, Tuesday, there is total integration and on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday there is nmonthly evaluation. Each teacher evaluates 6 core competences per month. Article 11 All the meetings in school are obligatory. Late coming shall not be tolerated and shall be sanctioned accordingly. Article 12 Your arrival time in school is 7:00 am if vou are on duty and 7:20 if you are not. Article 13 School close at 2:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and at 1:30 pm on Wednesdays. Article 14 Each teacher should ensure the cleanliness of their class before leaving the school premises. Article 15 Subjects like: sports, handwriting, sound and word building, spelling, ICT and reading should be thoroughly taught and evaluated. Article 16 Each teacher is evaluated once a term and must present all his official documents well filled and in good shape. These official documents must be filled and dropped in the Head teacher's office every Friday for checking. Article 17 Each teacher must be actively involved in a club. All the clubs must be functional by 1:00 pm every Thursday. Article 18 Each teacher must actively take part in social activities in school. Article 20 All the school reports must be well filled and checked by the coordinators. Reports shall be done weekly and dropped in the Head teacher's office on Fridays by the coordinators. Article 21 No late entry of question papers shall be tolerated. Any defaulter shall take charge of his /her seripts (typing - printing - photocopying) Article 22 No report booklet should be filled with mistakes. Any teacher does so shall buy a new report booklet and efill totally. These booklets shall be filled termly and handed to parents at the end of each term. Article 23 Blackmailing personnel is forbidden. Article 24 The school timetable should be followed up strictly. Except some modifications are brought up by the teacher. Article 25 A teacher shall be considered permanent after 2ycars of loyal services. Article 26 There should be total collaboration amongst the personnel. Article 27 The class 6 and CM2 teachers shall be swapping to teach English and French in each colleague's classroom in case the language teacher is unavailable. Article 28 The teacher on duty should make sure that pupils read every morning (morning drill). He /she should make sure the teacher on duty the next week changes the sounds on Friday. Article 29 There shall be human investment every 1 May Article 30 All the teachers should dress decently and responsibly before coming to school. Article 31 Avoid all forms of verbal violence. Article 32 The teachers should welcome the kids every morning with a large smile. Article 33 Flip- flop (slippers) is forbidden in school. Article 34 Each classroom must have compulsory tables and decorations. Article 35 Each teacher is entitled to 5 individual lesson plans, 1 weekly integrated unit plan in the class. Article 36 Lesson notes are dropped every Mondays in the morning in the Head teacher's office. Failure to do so, sanctions shall follow. No flimsy excuses shall be tolerated. Article 37 All the staff must sign attendance book every morning upon their arrival and departure. Article 38 The signing of the resumption note ties the employee to internal rules and regulations of the school Article 39 Permissions to be granted to the employee: Parents death: 3 days Wife or husband's death: 5 days Employee's marriage: 2 days Teacher's illness: depends on the type of illness. Valid proofs should be presented. Other permissions by appreciation.
